Refund policy

Return Policy:

We hope you love your purchase from Maze Boutique. However, we understand you may need to return your online purchase.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. After, 14 days you are no longer eligible to process a return. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.

Items purchased in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. These items will not be accepted for a return.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.To start a return, you can contact us at mazeboutique@icloud.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at mazeboutique@icloud.com.  and add photos of any damage. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitors, lighting and photography are not qualified as damaged.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
